Given the current situation of the nation, health protocols are being observed. Directives are mandated to contain the virus. Because of that, people are shifting to the new normal. They tend to look for a safe space to avoid being outdated and keep up with the trend. To keep up, here are the lists of what can we do starting today: 1. Positive Outlook A positive mentality always starts within ourselves. During these trying times, people are easily caught up with the norms set by society. Emotions are easily driven by either opinion or fact, may it be in any other medium. For us to have that positive mentality, it is a must to start within ourselves. The environment significantly affects our thinking. It is in our hands to allow that positive mindset to conquer us, amplify it and be a positivity source. 2. Composure As defined by Google, it is a state of feeling or being calm and controlling oneself. Amid a pandemic, people cannot fathom that there is a need to adapt to the new normal. We indeed are not used to that. However, to negate the impact of the pandemic, there is a need to be calm. Being so in any given situation will pave the way for the betterment of ourselves when handling cases may it be foreseeable or not. 3. Display empathy What we do is affected by how we feel. With this roller coaster ride of emotions, empathy will allow us to be considerate of everyone around us. We have to be sensitive because we face different kinds of difficulties. Everyone has their own way of telling life how they can get over and be emotionally well despite the situation. This directs to being fulfilled in any sense, making ourselves become an inspiration. As we display empathy, we open ourselves to be a good instrument, becoming a giving person. Always remember that we become what we think. 4. Ba a fuel In this time of crisis, we have to be each other’s fuel. We should maintain the drive to motivate each other. No one is excused. Start within our home until we get into our neighbors. It may sound cliché, but we should consider the fact that the means justify the ends. With that, we focus on the effects of what we do. Just have faith that attractive opportunities are on hold. And the fuel that you have given will allow people to believe that nothing worth having comes easy. Our body is considered the main armor in all the battles we are facing. It is essential to take good care of ourselves and have the initiative to create a healthy habit of loving it.
